World Gym is hosting a Capoeira Workshop next weekend. January 26 - 28th.

We will be performing on Friday at 7pm.
Nestor Capoeira will give a lecture and lead a workshop on Saturday from 1 - 5:30.
Mestranda Marcia will be leading workshops on Sunday, January 28 from 2 - 4:30 and there will be a Q/A session with both from 4:30 - 5:00 on Sunday.
